Anemones it this guy healthy

Should i be concern with this guy since his mouth was some what open. If so how to treat him.. What to feed

He looks OK, however, even sick anemones looks OK sometime.

Thanks OrionN. Any suggestion to make sure he will be healthy. I have other anemone in the tank and i dont have to do anything will him since he is host by a clown fish..
