Anemone's mouth open

Hello I bought a Carpet anemone a week ago.Now it opens its mouth alot.What does this mean?

An open mouth is not a good sign at all.

Do you have any pictures? And what are your water parameters ( with numbers )

It is probably stressed - make sure it is getting good light and good flow.
Does it eat?

Mine opens it's mouth a bit when it is moving, but thats about it. It goes into all sorts of funny positions when it's navigating around the tank. But, extended times being open would be cause for concern.

Ok I have excelent water current I think .I have a 1270 corallife pump on it.Ball valve is less than half way closed.Its a 29 gallon tank My tank parameters are as is
ammonia 0
nitrite 0.1
nitrate .5
Ph 8.2
What else should I be testing for.I ll try to get pictures of it as soon as the light turns on."Timer".My lighting I a 10000K ushio bulb.All my other corals seem to be doing good.I tried feeding it but it would not take the silver side chunk.
