Anemones on the move

My LTA was doing great. Found a nice footing in the center of my tank, and completely burried its foot in my sand bed. About 3 days ago, my vortech did not turn its power down at night, and when i woke in the morning the Anemone was on the back side of my rock work. I placed it back in the sand, turned my pump off and waited for it to refoot. After 3 days it wont. Its still fully inflating, color full as ever, and is eating normaly. My tank is starting to show signs of no circulation, so i had to turn the pump back up. Its currently back behind the rock work, fully inflated. What should i do. Ive read so much about just leaving them alone, they will find a place they like. But i spent a lot of money on it and dont want it hidden behind the aquascape. Any info would be great. I would get it out from behind the rocks, dig a hole in the sand up against a rock, place the anemone in it, and barricade the anemone in so it doesn't float off. In a six foot tank you should be able to adjust the flow so that the LTA isn't getting blasted, but the other critters have enough flow.
