Another identification request

I'm sure this has been posted 86 million times, but here's mine. Tonight I walked to by 20 nano and was gazing with only the moonlights on. I noticed alot of movement. I know this isn't news to you all, but it was A TON of movement. I turned on the lights and saw possibly hundreds of critters. They are about 1/4 to 1/3 of an inch long. Probably isopods but I could use help with identification. Good or bad?

Yep, looks like pods. They look like normal copepods to me. Good guys.
I think you have a tiny aiptasia hiding in a hole in the rock too. That would be a bad guy.

Because it won't remain 'just a few'. Know a few folks who broke down their tank down because of it.

I just tried squirting vinegar onto my little aiptasia with a hypodermic needle from a afarm and feed store. So far, it hasn't came back! I'd maybe give that a try...but the pods should be fine. GL!
