Anthias Showoff Thread!

Thought I would start up a thread for people to show off their anthias. Locally, I haven't seen anything in the stores but lyretail anthias, though I saw a trio of Randall's once a little while ago. Just thought I would see what everyone keeps and how they look in the aquarium.

Also, if you don't mind sharing some basic specs about your anthias such has how long you have had them, how often you feed, what you feed, what kind of flow you have, etc. Thanks!

A great quote from Newt... :)

Nice job providing an environment where they want to get busy. Were they basically dropping eggs as they were swimming excitedly?

I think you can see them puffing the eggs to the water column there once or twice... At 1:31 you can see the eggs clearly.
Basically they spawn the same way as my Centropyge argi & acanthops. :D I'm getting some hybrids to my sump... Not!

Few of mine in 120 gal.

just a few...I have about 7-8 species of anthias and feed them a chum of literally about a dozen different foods which I alternate. They get fed over a few hours each day...

The anthias look stunning everyone. It is definitely going to be a challenge to pick some out for my 120.
