Kinda hard to see the differnece because of the angle now that I look at the pic  But id say its pushed out a good inch all the way around. Very exciting corals at night!

Wow Vpham, that doesn't even look like the same coral. Are these corals suppose to be hardy??

They are pretty hardy. The first picture was taken after a few weeks in the tank. Origininally when I cut the frag, there wasn't any orange eyes, it's just brown.

any chance you could take a picture under the same lighting as the first?

Sorry, can't do that anymore. The first picture was taken under 20K hamilton. I got the new 20K XM put in when I took the second pix.

Thoese XM 20k's make things glow. I originally bought a 250w Mh w/ 20k XM to put over my 29gal, but quickly realized I had a big heat issue so I had to take it off. I've still got it and every once and a while I fire it up and hold it over the tank and drool.

Yeah, it's kinda dark though. I'm still burning in the bulb. I have one 250 DE hamilton in the middle of the tank to white things out a bit. Much brighter. I'll try to take a pix with the DE on and you can do the comparison.
