I have one that's been operational for a year. It very easy to setup. Just plug it in. No issues, Just keep the following in mind:
1: 1ml per minute is not a lot, but great for dozing alk
2: they are not supposed to run for more than a half hour at the time. So, I programmed mine to be on for 30 minutes on the hour. Until I get the right dose.
Not that your explaination wasn't elaborate enough , but can you comment on how it's set up? Controller? How much does it dose total? Did it take time to get it dialed in?
I mean...sorry....if you're too busy.....I understand...
I've been running 2 for over a year. No complaints. I run 10x per day with digital timers. Ca on even hours. Kh on odd hours.
I did notice that one runs slightly faster than the other. I measured my parameters at least every other day for the first week or two to make sure that the doses were correct. The biggest challenge for me was getting the digital timers to do what I needed them to do. If you miss an "off" command, or accidentally setting one for M-F instead of M-Sn you'll find yourself asking "why is my 2 part jug empty?"
I run two. One for cal and the other for alk. Run them with the timers feature on my reefkeeper lite. Run twelve times a day alternating back and forth. Test and just increase or decrease dosing time on the unit. I used these on my thirty and just moved them over to the ninety.
