I'm wondering if an anemone would work in my reef. I have a good sized patch of fine sand near the centre of my 65g and wouldn't mind seeing a nem there, but only if it's suitable. I know some prefer rockwork and others prefer sand, are there any species that wouldn't mind living at the bottom of a 24" tall 65g under 5x96W PC (2-actinic, 2-12K, 1-10K)? I have an ocellaris, but I'm not necessarily looking for a host; I'm more interested in keeping an anemone for its own beauty and interesting behaviour. The tank is lightly stocked with LPS and softies, with three dwarf angels, two damsels, a clown goby (he's hosting the fox coral) and a fairy wrasse. There's a pistol shrimp living under the rockwork on the left side of the tank, but he doesn't come out into the open too much and I don't think he'd bother anything kept in the middle. There's a pic in my gallery if anyone wants to see the tank.
