Any potential issues with this plan?

Planning to put a 3rd MP40 in the center of the back glass but that's going to put it about 1-2" below the overflow box.

Any potential pitfalls? Cavitation? Decreased draw? Increased stress on wet side? It's fine? I should stop bragging about my 3rd Vortech?

Only issue I see is the tank going mobile through that back wall. That's a lot of flow. Nice.

Stuff has been making due with just the 2 mp40s but there is a lull in the center from the back to about the middle of the tank. Remember, this tub is 3 feet front to back. Im going to countersync it with the other 2 to break up the gyre intermittently for some variation of flow.

Without counter flow, my Todd's Torch looks like a long haired smelly hippie flying down Route 66 without a helmet!

The only problem I see with this is that it isn't an MP60. DOOOOOO IT!!!

Couple inches is enough clearance. You MIGHT loose a tiny amount of efficiency, but I can't see it being a problem at all Cully. Go for it.

It should work just fine- I'd recommend positioning the wetside so that the closed portion is towards the overflow box.
