Any Reno area reefers?

Gonna be up there this weekend. Any reefers or reef stores to visit?

Not much for reef stores in the area. I heard a new one opened a little while back, but for all I know it has already closed. You might want to shoot Powderhound a PM. I've gotten some really nice sps from him. He's down here on South Shore. I've also got some stuff for sale down here.

Thanks cubs fan. Tim there isn't any stores in Reno, the last one is out of business as far as I know. There is a small store in tahoe city and one in truckee pet station, but it's only like 3 tanks of fish an a few overpriced corals.

Tim, just stay at the Peppermill and eat at Oceano or maybe Atlantis. Nothing close to what you already got at home. I was there a few weeks back. No saltwater stuff going on there. People from Reno go to our area to shop reef unfortunately.

The truckee river walk is fun if you are downtown. Should be flowing pretty fast and lots of kayakers to watch. If you are close to Sparks, Sheels sporting goods store has 2 huge tanks, one freshwater with catfish and large bass and a saltwater one.

Ofishal on Glendale is back. Not a ton of stuff, but pretty good for Reno. Kind of expensive though
Sierra Aquatics occasionally get something worth looking at.
