Those are some great pics boudster! Which part of Houston are you in?

Thanks! I live in Humble.

Wow...you're probably about 5 minutes away. You ever post on MARSH? (Marine Aquarium Reef Society of Houston) (marshreef.com)

Okay I did some reading and I think I found it! I found where you use the manual focus without the auto focus kicking in. It is the Safety MF setting, turn this off and it should stay focused in manually. I haven't tried it yet but hopefully this takes care of it.

Edit - Just tried it, and yes this takes care of that annoying problem that was the only thing that bugged me. Hit the menu button and scroll down to the Safety MF setting and turn it off!

Thanks, IndyMatt. I will try it as soon as I get home.

boudster, great shots. Where should I get the 150 lense from? Do I need a special ring for it?

Bought it from Amazon and it came with a free lens adapter! I already had one...but I bought it seperately when I bought the 250 lens...I guess I have a spare now.

Here's the link to the 150 lens on Amazon. Less than $40!
