I need desperate help! Thought my old one was broken so replaced with a different one... but water still come out with high TDS and PH.

It seem that the water just go straight through the RO since right after I empty the Water container... it replenish itself right away instead of taking like 3+++ hours

Is the water going through the system in the correct direction? (i.e is your supply line accidentally connected to the outgoing line? I think that's one way this could happen, especially if it's a new unit)

What brand and model is the new unit? I know on the spectrapure you have to adjust the inlet tube to get the correct RO to waste water ratio.

its called american water association... idk if thats the brand or what. The connection should be right, did this at my old house before... it actually worked at this house for 4 months b4 messing up

If you are sure it is connected correctly and the filters are good, then check it using a different TDS meter. How old are your filters?

Pleae call our tech line and ask for Scott or Gibbs. 1-800-685-2783. They will be happy to help you get back running.

Dthompson - My other filter was about 4-5 years old? I checked the PH / KH / GH and the result reinforce the TDS number
