Anyone DIY LED? Need some help

Hey guys, got 60 LEDs from rapid and got everything soldered and wired up and they aren't turning on. I am trying to turn down the dimmer so its only 1.0 AMP (not 1.3) for the blue and non-white strands. Multimeter is reading 0 and nothing turning on. Battery tester still lights them up which tells me I didn't blow anything up yet!
Anyone done an LED setup I could walk through everything with to see what I am missing?

Thanks I sent him a PM and got a response, and wow - his setup makes mine look ghetto!!!

FWIW - It was stupid easy. The controller I was using was turning on one of the - terminals, and that wasn't the one I was actually plugged into, so hitting "mode" a few times changed it to power all of the - terminals.
