Anyone growing mostly stag-horns in sps tank??

I saw a picture of a tank a while ago where it was mostly stags growing thin branches every which way looked amazing just wondering if anyone out there is trying to collect mostly stags ???

I like the look of it and the fact that stags r hardy and grow faster then most sps ime is a big plus

IME less issues with competition for light with stags. I have much less maintenance with the stags in my 465 sps tank than with any other type of sps.

those leds are not the main light source, he also uses natural sun light!!!

Well thanks for creating this thread. Stags are my favorite and I only have three different types right now. But I would really one to no how long does it take for them to get that big. I have had mine for almost a year and the haven't even doubled In size yet. I will admit though as the last two months I have seen better growth. The tank that is pictured here can anyone point me in the direction of the owner I would love to ask some questions.

I just stumbled on that Orphek picture yesterday too and was amazed. How do they keep up with flow in the middle? Kind of misleading to advertise Orpheks with it if they use natural sunlight though...

Leonardo's tank was really stunning too.

The picture I posted early is Feb. 2014....and current SPS most start from Oct. 2012.
I only feed them KZ CV (and of course fish poo also...), but with a lot of light (HQI 400W x 2 x 6 hours + T8 54W x 8 X 8 hours). Hope I answer your question.. Cheers...

For another cool stag tank from a few years ago you may want to look up Leonardo's Formosa Forest - I believe it was in the large tanks forum.
