Anyone have some cheap filters and heaters for rent or borrow?

So my tank has ich...and I really don't want to take everything out but from past experience waiting just killed more fish(velvet) so if anyone has any extra heaters or filters I could borrow. I would much appreciate it....after the drag show the funds aren't too high ... Also if anyone has any new inventions for icy treatment please let me know ha... I'm thinking of just using a rubber maid for the qt tank
