Yeah, those are sometimes called Borneman's anemone. They are in the Phymanthus genus orginating from Indonesia. You can search Phymanthus and find more info. They are sometimes referred to as the frilly anemone as well. That is not the hellfire anemone.

Mine were always attached to rock and I don't recall any of mine having concurrent tentacle rings. All of mine had colored veruccae on the column, purple dots in rings on the oral disk, green oral disk, and purple/brown hue to the tentacles.
I agree that mine definitely differs from the anemone in the link and from the ones in Scott's pictures. I think he's right, in that it is a Phymanthus, but probably not a 'Bornemans'. I guess it's a 'Hurst' anemone now
