I hate paying double for shipping for just 2 bulbs, i cant find anywere were shipping is free. Even if someone know were they are cheap to ship will help
Anyone know were i can get 48" vho bulbs shipped free or cheap

Aquacave.com is much cheaper than most for shipping bulbs, but you get what you pay for. I ordered two 72" VHOs, one came broken (weak packaging). They were out of stock and back ordered the replacement. That was like 3 weeks ago. I haven't seen or heard from them since they told me it would be "back ordered for at least two weeks"
They did offer a refund, but, to start over and order somewhere else, I'd pay Aquacave shipping for the first bulb (I think it was about $10.00), and Marine Depot shipping ($25.00) for the second one. I hope Aquacave doesn't break the replacement.....

Why wouldn't you buy them local?
Do you know of a place locally that sells 72" VHO bulbs? I haven't checked every LFS, but I have checked several and had no luck.
