Anyone order from VIVID Aquariums, EXOTIC fish, or REEF TANK supply websites for fish

Hello,
I want to order fish and all three of these places have what I want.

However, only Exotic Fish has responded to my e-mails, but the response was very short and not completely answering my question.

Also, VIVID has free shipping for orders over $225 and I would be over that amount.

Please tell me your experiences, I'm unsure who to go with at this point and I really want these fish.
Also, they are very expensive and hard to get and keep, which is mainly the reason for my post.

I've ordered from vivid once, exotic fish several times. It's been a while, and I'd rate them as okay. However, now if I order online, 90 percent of the time, I order from liveaquaria. Their service and quality have been so consistently good that I have little reason to order from anyone else.

I've bought several fairy wrasses from Reef Tank Supply and the customer service was great. The fish were shipped in great shape. They're currently going through new ownership but Gal is still handling fish orders. Send me a PM with your email and I'll reply with his email. Every livestock order I've bought from Vivid has died. They have given credits and I exchanged for corals and inverts. Liveaquaria has been very good for customer service, but prices are high. Goodluck!

Thank you very much for the input. That helps a lot, I would also order from LiveAquaria but they do not have in stock. Maybe I should just wait until they get them in.

I want to order Anthias and wrasses from there, and e-mailed with questions about the health and feeding regime.
I also wanted to find out how long they have been there. I actually tried a couple of times and have received no response.

I called Reef Tank Supply a few days ago and someone told me that the person in charge of fish will get back to me right away and I didn't hear back.

For Exotic Fish, why just 'okay' as rating? Is it the health? Packing?

I want to order from there because they are the only ones that responded to me, however very short and not completely answering my questions.

I just want to know that I will be getting healthy fish....

Exotic Fish - I ordered when it was Jeff's Exotic fish, now it is "Oscar's" - does that mean it changed owners?

I have received corals and fish from them. Quality/survivability was about average. Communication was poor. Prices were alright. Packing was just average.

I don't consider liveaquaria especially expensive, because most of the fish I order from them live. If I have problems, they will work with me to resolve them. Packing has always been excellent. I usually wait until they have it.

BTW, their WYSIWYG Diver's Den fish are shipped from Wisconsin, which means they are in transit less time to get to you. Now those are expensive, but IME their health and quality have been excellent.

I have dealt with Jeff's exotic fish extensively in the past and their service and quality of livestock is excellent but I live within driving distance and have never had anything shipped. They do appear to have changed hands as well.

I can say I have been very impressed with Live Aquaria for mail order livestock and they might be worth waiting for if you are looking for something specific. Their guarantee is very good and the quality of their livestock has been phenominal.
