anyone tried to using Jebo WP40?

I am in the middle of my 40 breeder build and I was wondering if I should get one or two of the WP-10's. This is going to be a mixed reef.
Thanks for the help,
Jessica

I have 4 been running since late Feb. early March and have no complaints at all. but if I were to do it today I would probably go with 2 of the wp60s to start.

Would one WP40 be enough for a 120gal tank or would I need two of them?

I have a 4 foot 120. I have 2 WP mounted on opposing sides. BUT I use each one at a time to simulate tidal flow. I get plenty on waves using the off on speed selection. I also run them at about 16 volts not full speed. Two WP are too much for a 4 ft tank if you plan to run them at the same time or if you try an anti - synch mode. I can can easily get a wave structure that will over lap the top of the tank...and I have a lot of rock in this tank. I suggest you try one and evaluate you wave action. Every tank is different but that's my experience.

That sounds good, I'll buy one for now and see how it goes.

Mine is setup similar to RJ's.
A 40 and 25 on opposite ends of the tank, begin controlled by a Reef Angel.
They vary between 30 and 70% full speed and are in anti-sync mode.

the 40 is at the upper front of the left hand side while the 25 is at the lower back of the right hand side of the tank.

I've got 1 wp40 in my bare bottom 140g 4' DT and I'm about buying a second. I'm not sure though whether it should be wp40 or wp60? What do you think guys?

No problem. I have sofies mostly so I'm not 100% sure what type of flow LPS and SPS need. From what I've read SPS need more flow than SPS and Softies.
