anyone using a nano reefpack 200 yet?

The part the cup sits on. It is a cap with a hole in it and the venturi adjustment. The venturi adjustment seems to not be properly machined. I could be wrong and maybe their is another solution but from what I am seeing the hole has to be moved over slightly and the fix will be to replace this part on existing units.
Roger - nice pics of the setup. I will hopefully be able to post you some pics of my skimmer setup tmrw. I was going to clean it out tonight but left it to show you the type of skimmate being produced.
Roger, I see that you have mounted the 2 nano components seperately with the brackets. I currently have mine attached with the magnet but was thinking of separating them too. I see that the nano filter is attached with the surface skimmer facing fwd but the unit is horizontal with it attached to the back glass. How have you done this as my unit appears to only be able to attached via the side grooves thus only allowing a side glass fixing if you want the surface skimmer facing out as you have.
I have found that due to quite high evaporation in my system I have to top up every couple of days otherwise the nano filter starts to pump out air. I was thinking of perhaps modding the unit by placing a small hole in the middle of unit and thus avoiding the unit pumping air in the event that I forget to top up in time. Do you think this would be ok and still allow the surface skimmer to function as it should ?

Hi Roger - sorry for the delay in getting back....I've only just got my new dig cam so not very familar with it. Anyway, I drilled two holes in the nano filter box today - about halfway down which will now resolve my prob of pump taking in air if I forget to top up in time. I did a little test and it operates well.
I have taken two pictues of my nano skimmer in operation - I'm not sure how these will turn out - plse let me know. For info, I only have the air ajustment screw (blue) turned about half to one turn and its producing a really good foam in the chamber - I guess my internal setup is fine. I also had a look at the issue with regards the microbubbles. The bottom cover was pretty secure so this was not the problem - on inspection I could see two very small holes (1-2mm) either side of the release notch. This is where the bubbles are escaping from - I put a little filter wool inside which seems to have solved the prob 70% but still getting some mirco bubble release. I think I may try and put a little reef putty (milliput) over the holes to totally block. Do you think this is a good idea? or any other suggestions?
Let me know how the pics turn out and what you think of the skimmer operation / skimmate.

Roger - as promised here are the pics of my unit in operation. I have since put some seachem "sea-gel" into the filter chamber (this is a mix of carbon & phosphate remover) - its made a real difference to the water clarity. No real reason as to the choice chem media, just that it was on offer at the lfs over the w'end.
