APEX emails via GoDaddy failing....debug results post

Hi All

Anyone have the Apex email alerts working via their GoDaddy hosted email account? It appears I have up to 250 relays per day and according to my account none have been used today.

Here's my debug results. Can anyone help?

What GoDaddy port and server are you using? I think GD supports either SSL or regular email but the Apex does not.
 
Probably. Before you give up on GD, try ports 587, 80 or 3535. You can always use something like GMX and define a rule to forward from GMX to GD. That what a lot of people that use Gmail do.

Well I got a different result with 80 (see below) but the same error with 587 as I got with the default (25). 3535 has blown something out and I can't even get back into the controller from my laptop. I'm sure I'll get back in.

Guess GoDaddy is out. That blows. Thanks for the help.

Looks like it was failing at the login which would make sense if it's an SSL problem. If you want help getting GMX running, I have instructions along with a list of other valid email services that work with the Apex at http://reeftech.webs.com. Download the user guide.

Cool...checking it out now.

So I signed up for gmx but it doesn't look like it allows forwarding to my main address? guess if it doesn't i could add yet another account to my BlackBerry.
