TIA

Yes - lightning is working perfectly for me with both Sol and Acan lighting 600PA Prism fixtures.

On a side note... I'm very happy with the Prism and control integration with the Apex through the VDM. My Sol is being sold.

Never had any issues with upgrading but the verion changed but I still have the same web pages. I am an IT professional and know how to clear the cache and also have some utilities to clear it as well. suggestions?

Theres two things that come to mind.

Did you do both updates? Firmware and web pages? Also, are you going to your unit from a link or are you typing in the address manually? An old link takes you to /status.sht when it should be /nstatus.sht.

Hope that helps.

Yes I did both... I wentback to 4.12 and have no issues. Then converted back to 4.2 (both firmware and web pages) a few times... 4.2 gives me anything from blank pages to missing menus. Both local link and from the outside... Yes nstatus.... I will try another computer tomorrow....

MHG - don't know what browser you're running but have you tried a different one? Also, do you have add-ons or extensions to whatever browser you're using that might be causing the issue?

The upgrade worked fine for me and everything works but I'm not getting the real time graphing in the probe tiles. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. I've used the update web page utility numerous times to try to get it to "catch"

Finally bit the bullet and downloaded/installed the new firmware. Must say the install went smooth and everything is working. Including the camera feed. Haven't tested the lightning, but Russ says the issue was fixed so I expect that to be ok as well.
I would like to know, outside of reducing the probe modules to just read their current status, is there a way to make them smaller and still have the graph show? TIA

I have dynamic dns and access my apex away from home. If my in my dashboard my video is set with a LAN IP address (192.168.1.206), will I see video when accessing the apex away from home?

No. Use that IP address in the Local URL in the tile setup and your dyndns hostname, port etc in the Remote URL field.

There is an option in the camera tool to set for LAN ip and wan ip... My self I am still unable to make this work off the wan in any browser except google chrome.

Russ, my camera is actually tied into my home surviellance system. So I am trying to use the IP address and routing information in the server of the surviellance system to show only the camera directed at the tank. I haven't been able to make this work yet but I don't think I've tried it in chrome which seems to be the only browser that all the features work in for me.... Do you think my method is doable or would the apex have to route back to a single ip camera as opposed to the video server... From a ip perspective my meathod should work but the apex firmware has some unknown variables I'm not sure of....

I upgraded, the lightning feature is still not working for me

If lightning on ai sol is still not working for you then I spect it is a programming issue on. Your end as this was fixed several releases back

Also make sure you have the latest beta
