Apex Jr Help

Hello everyone,

I bought an Apex Jr w/o display off eBay a while back and the password was changed (no response from seller). I'm able to find the IP address but can't log into through the web due to the password not being admin/1234.

I just sent Neptune Support an email. Not sure on their response time but it looks like if I have a display I can do a hard reset, does anybody know if this is correct? Can I borrow somebody's (I'm in Glen Park). If not, does anyone have any advice on how to resolve this?

not sure how to help you on this man but perhaps you connect it to your Laptop? Keep bugging the APEX. Also may want to surf Bay Area Saltwater Forum, they have an active Apex personnel on deck. GL
 
I'm sure support will be able to help you out but this is a tough one. Do a google search as I almost always get answers somewhere else if I can't find it here. Maybe YouTube?
 
Have tried asking on the Neptune Systems forums? There are a lot of knowledgeable people there as well as staff members to help you out.
 
Hey everyone - thanks for your help. Their support got back to me quickly but I haven't had a chance to try to download their software yet because my plumbing sprung a leak (fun).

If this happens to somebody else feel free to PM me for the directions and software they sent me.
