With Aquarium Concepts closed, where do folks in the Dublin-Pleasanton area get your frozen food? Does the Petco carry frozen food for reeftanks? I know there's Aquatic Collection, but just hoping for something closer.

or Aquatic Collection in Hayward...A little of a drive but i drove a lot more just to see some store i had not visited before ;-)

If you go to Aquatic Collection, they also have PE Mysis pellets as well as the new Saki-Hikari Marine food that's popular right now.

I see this being pushed in every LFS store lately and am curious if it's just the "flavor" of the month or there's something real that makes it better.

Which one?

I think the PE Mysis pellets is a sure thing since we know the ingredients. My only issue with it is the way it's packaged. I've seen the small pellets in only the small packages and the big pellets in big packages. I understand the size ratio but I also like buying a larger quantity of small pellets.

Regarding Saki-Hikari Marine, you have to buy into the whole probiotics thing. I still tend to feed my fish a variety of foods, fresh, frozen, and dried/pellets, and my focus hasn't been on probiotics at all.
