Listen, all I did was state my experience.
As a matter of fact, I had my two boys with me. My wife returned from her errands to pick us up, and there were some zoo frags I was going to get. My youngest asked me if I wanted him to go find someone. I told him no, and then explained why. In the end he understood.
Listen guys, this isn't a personal attack on anyone. As I've already stated, all I did was state my experience. I'm as sorry as anyone it was what it was, but that's not my problem.
Could I have hunted someone down? Sure. Is that the way it's supposed to work? No.
Joe's (Brunstucky) statement is true about relentless salespeople. Unfortunately, it doesn't apply here. The key word in his statement is "keep" asking. There has to be a first time for this to become relevent. I mean I'm talking not even a "hello".
Now I expected responses from a core group trying to turn things around on why it's the "customer's" fault they didn't make a purchase......and that's fine. Maybe I'm just not close enough to the eastern inner circle.
If you had a choice between going somewhere where you were at a least acknowledged as a customer, or somewhere where you were completely ignored, no one's going to tell me they'd choose the latter.
On a positive note, there were some very nice zoo frags available for a nice price. Unfortunately, I had to leave them there.
