With all the new stuff out now( Tunze Streams, Seios,Mexi Jet Mods, ect. ) does anyone still use Sea Swirls on their SPS Tanks? Ted

a friend around the corner from me has 2-1" sea swirls on his 260G sps tank and he likes them and they run greatfor over a year he said key is to not over power them with too much flow they can break

as for me i have a oceans motion 4 way on my new 180G future sps tank!

I use 3 of them and I havent had any issues yet. I also have tunze streams too. The streams really give the flow that my tank needs. The sea swirls just help make the flow more random.

I still use a Sea-Swirl on mine. I have no problems with mine and I like the flow pattern it creates.

OceanMotions all the way! they're incredible. Everyone should invest in one. I have one on my CL and it gives the whole tank a really random flow i like

OMG NOOB!

FTW = For teh win!

I was thinking more along the lines of "Bleep The World!!"

I love mine, they have such random flow. I don't have or need any powerheads in my tank and so easy to run a flex hose to. I like things simple. Over a year with them now.

I've used them and still do since they came out and I like them a lot. Will they break? Someday I'm sure they will. What dosen't?

Does anyone know if the motor in the 1" Swirl is larger or stronger than the 3/4" Swirl motor? I have a new 1" swirl and I'm thinking of trying a Tunze Swirl mod myself.
