I have never seen Fluke worms? is this them?

I have a Blonde Naso Tang, Purple Tang, Lamrick Angel, FoxFace and a Anthas in 75gal H/T in .35 cupramine.

I have some Prazi Pro.... do I dose???

Sorry you lost the achilles... From the pic they look like flukes. Do a 10 min freshwater dip on the body to confirm. The tattered fins can also indicate a fluke infestation.

I've successfully used prazipro and cupramine concurrently without negative side effects, just make sure you have plenty of water movement and aeration.

Yep, neobenedenia. There is another thread on this forum with an Achilles that had the same thing and died. Yes, Prazi is the treatment I would go with.

Looks like its flukes season on Achilles. It was easy to identify on the body of mine as they turned opaque, started moving and detached of the body a couple of minutes in the FW dip.

amazing how many fell off of the Achillies when i dipped the body in RO/DI

Would flukes attach themselves to a clam or a suncoral?
there is a remote chance that happened...

i just ordered 2) 4oz bottles that i can dose on the DT (Uggg.... i put forth so much effort to make certain the DT was as sterile as possible...
As I have been reading, Prazi-Pro is safe to dose in a Mixed reef with the exception of some Hawaiian fans ???

They don't really attach to a coral like they do a fish but they can certainly take a ride on coral or inverts, just like any other parasite.
I've read Prazi is safe in main tanks but I would move any feathers that you want to keep to a QT during treatment.

Yep^

The sailfin has some pretty bad lateral line erosion as well. Did this occur during the copper treatment? Try to keep the water as clean as possible and feed lots of vitamin enriched foods.

the sailfin has never been in copper
he is fed frozen Mysis & brine with Selcon, Zoe & Garlic ??

I dont know what is causing the HLLE... and it seems that the causes are still up for debate...
the next batch of brine will be the Spirulina Brine

i dont think it looked this bad last week...
i wonder if the flukes are making him itch?

Prazi will be here tomorrow for the DT

Brine is a very nutrient-void food, I avoid it unless I'm trying to get a new fish to eat. IME mysis, NLS pellets, nori (green, purple, and red), and chopped clam/scallop/krill/squid are good options to keep a fish healthy with a varied diet. I will generally soak food in selcon and zoe or vitachem as well.
