Can anyone let me know what their temp is when only LEDs on, 4 T5s on and all 8 T5s on? Mine is 25, 35, 45 degrees C respectively. Seems a bit too hot. Also my 3 fans running the length of my unit don't turn on. Only 4 fans in middle labeled ATI run. Been in touch with ATI but it's been a sort of a back and forth with tech support on Friday and they closed now.

It is late at night now. I just turned on all the lights (3 led clusters and 4 T5s) for about an hour. LED 1 was 42.9, LED 2 was 41.2 and LED 3 was 43.7 degree C. Only the 2 fans with ATI logo were on. The other 3 LED fans (I think LED's) were not on.
Before I turned on the T5s, all 3 LEDs were on and the temp were around 28 degree C.
LEDs were set at 50% peak.

Interesting. Same results as mine. Yet ATI support seems to think it's too hot. And my LED fans don't turn on either. Let's see if anyone else here can confirm their temps. The only reason I paid attention to the temp is because the other day the unit kept shutting off and restarting.
My unit has done this more than once and on different days. Only that last week it dud it twice in an hour and got my attention. Now it's possible it's done it while I'm not home but wouldn't know it. Not sure temp had anything to do with it.

I stay at home most of the time. Now I should pay more attention to the unit if it turns off by itself.
It happened a couple of times when I turned off my main return pump during the process of water change, it immediately turned off and restarted. I believe this was due to the transient of the voltage at the same power strip. In fact, the T5s were not even on yet at those incidences.

Mine is connected to the Apex unit so there should not be much fluctuations in power.

I just checked my unit and it's been running all day. All T5 fans are on and none of the LED ones are running. Temps are 44.2 / 41.5 / 43.1. Does anyone know when those led fans are supposed to actually cut on? My lights haven't cut off like you guys mentioned.

I monitored my unit for the whole day and the maximum temp was about 44 degrees C. LED fans were never on. ATI technical support (Keith Smith) sent me a link to a YouTube video for reference:

So they mention that it won't turn on until 45-50 Celsius... He said his unit was running 47 so our temps must be fine.
So got this response from ATI when a lamp reset did not fix the problem. They want me to reset the fans. Here's the instructions for resetting the fans https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sian2sc693A. I will be doing it this week. Hopefully it fixes the 3 fans not turning on issue. Also others report temp of 40-43 with all 8 T5s on so it must be the norm. Not sure why ATI tech support says it's too hot. And at what temp are those 3 fans supposed to turn on? If it's 47 then why does ATI claim my lamp is too hot at 42?
I have dimmed Giesemann and RedSea bulbs in addition to ATI ones. Make sure you first burn them in at 100% for 50 hours. Just keep in mind dimming results in reduced lifespan of the bulb.
I just purchased an 8 bulb 48" fixture. Has anyone had any issues with the led clusters? My red led in cluster 3 wouldn't shut off. After contacting ati they told me to loosen the torx screws and that maybe they were too tight. After loosening them it did shut off but now it doesn't come on at all. Just curious if this is a common issue. Kinda sucks with a brand new 2K dollar fixture.

I now have ATI hybrid 4x39w + 2x75w Led's
Would love some help and advice regarding setup.
