I had this issue as well. Issue was a faulty controller box. After much hassle I finally got a replacement controller box and the issue was fixed.
That will be my next option. I would rather avoid a warranty claim however if possible and hope it will be an easy fix. I'm just worried because I have no idea what I'll find when I open the box. ATI support mentioned that changing the relay is a simple procedure but haven't found anything on this on the forums or the web so far .
I suppose I will find out soon enough once the replacement relay arrives but any help by someone who has already worked on the insides of the box would be great.
