Anyone have issues with a dead led cluster?
Not dead, but 3 of my 4 clusters flicker, and ATI North America has no idea how to fix it.

I'm pretty sure I wrote a tutorial in this thread of how to fix that. It worked for most people that tried it. That would have been pages and pages and years ago however. Not dead, but 3 of my 4 clusters flicker, and ATI North America has no idea how to fix it.

For the money these things costs that's unacceptable. Not knowing how to fix it is embarrassing for ATI.
I searched and only found my tutorial with the software. I deleted all my PMs since my box was full and don't have the instructions now...sorry. If you talk to ATI NA again, ask them about the secret button combo to the secret menu in the control box. I don't remember it but that's where you go to change some settings. It fixed the flickering with mine and many others. Just be careful because you can mess stuff up in that menu. Thanks for the tip. I haven't been very active on this forum for years so I'm sure I missed that post.
Sounds like a bad ballast sadlyAgree 100%
I now have another problem, with my T5's. I have an 8-bulb unit, and only 2 of 4 tubes on channel 1 stopped working. (New bulbs)
No. Each ballast runs 2 bulbsIf it were a bad ballast, wouldn't all 4 tubes go out?
Yes, i do. Since 2 weeks i dont have any normal bleu burning. The red, white and Royal bleu are working. The other side of the leds are all burning.
I saved the ati program again in the fixture, but still the green/bleu isnt working.
Anybody knows what to do?

The second part of the video is the system I had but that was 2.5 years ago. That is the button combo I was thinking of though. Is this what you were talking about? https://youtu.be/Sian2sc693A
No. Each ballast runs 2 bulbs
Hmm that seems odd, have you contacted ATI?
Follow that video above and make sure everything is correct on your box. I thought there were other settings as wellI never did because I was and am still so frustrated by their inability to fix my flickering LED clusters.

There were some other steps involved but I can't recall them all. I know when mine had the issue ATI wanted me to return the controller because they thought it was an issue with a part in there.Still flickers
