Anyone have issues with a dead led cluster?

Yes, i do. Since 2 weeks i dont have any normal bleu burning. The red, white and Royal bleu are working. The other side of the leds are all burning.
I saved the ati program again in the fixture, but still the green/bleu isnt working.
Anybody knows what to do?

Not dead, but 3 of my 4 clusters flicker, and ATI North America has no idea how to fix it.
I'm pretty sure I wrote a tutorial in this thread of how to fix that. It worked for most people that tried it. That would have been pages and pages and years ago however.

Thanks for the tip. I haven't been very active on this forum for years so I'm sure I missed that post.

For the money these things costs that's unacceptable. Not knowing how to fix it is embarrassing for ATI.

Agree 100%

I now have another problem, with my T5's. I have an 8-bulb unit, and only 2 of 4 tubes on channel 1 stopped working. (New bulbs)

I searched and only found my tutorial with the software. I deleted all my PMs since my box was full and don't have the instructions now...sorry. If you talk to ATI NA again, ask them about the secret button combo to the secret menu in the control box. I don't remember it but that's where you go to change some settings. It fixed the flickering with mine and many others. Just be careful because you can mess stuff up in that menu.

Sounds like a bad ballast sadly

Hmm that seems odd, have you contacted ATI?

Is this what you were talking about? https://youtu.be/Sian2sc693A

No. Each ballast runs 2 bulbs

Ah ok, so I have 4 ballasts. I had assumed that there were 2 ballasts, 1 for each channel. I'm having flashbacks of my original powermodule (non-LED) fixture that also had a ballast go out. Swapping the ballasts is a royal pain. Well, swapping them is not hard, getting all the wires tucked in nicely so the ballast can slide back in is the hard part.

Still flickers
There were some other steps involved but I can't recall them all. I know when mine had the issue ATI wanted me to return the controller because they thought it was an issue with a part in there.

ATI NA was pretty good to deal with. No idea if that's still the case though

I emailed ATI NA as well for the secret code. They linked me to the same youtube video. Regarding the controller, mine is new. Before the LED flicker and T5 bulb issue, my controller went out, and I had to buy a new one.

Good news on the T5 bulbs. Turned out to be a bad bulb, which is weird because the bulb is new. At least it was an easy fix.

could someone help, My unit runs fine but I have 2 small but annoying issues.

Firstly when I run my 'daylight' program, I always have a green tint/hue in the water coming from the LED's. Its very obvious as I have black back and sides. It just looks a little ugly and not as 'sharp or clear' like other LED setups, one thing I really dislike as when my t5's turn off the look is amazing and sharp. My daylight settings are r-25 rb-255 b-255 w-165 (tubes are 1:1 coral plus and blue plus)

Also for moonlight I have a very clear white/tint hue coming from the led. Settings are r-0 rb-255 b-0 w-0

I do have a net on my tank, originally I thought it was the net causing the colours, but even when removed there is no change.

Could somebody please let me know if this is normal and anyways to counter it
