ATI Powermodule Hybrid Club

Sahin... can you share what ALK, Ca and Mg you are shooting for???

Ca:420-450ppm
Alk:7.5-8.0dKH
Mg: ~1300ppm
NO3:0.2ppm
PO4:0.01-0.03ppm
K+:390-400ppm

I don't run GAC, no organic carbon dosing, no refugium, no ATS, no Zeovit or Redsea Care program. I don't even have sand. Just liverock and a bit of GFO to keep algae away.

I follow a simple/basic style of reefkeeping. It's working for me so I won't be doing anything else.

My bro took a video of my tank and corals. Hopefully within a week or two I will share it with you guys.

Thanks Sahin... something more to emulate from you.... Waiting for the video...

My pair (replacement) of fixures finally shipped, hope to have them up this weekend. Apparent with the 13 led clusters they also changed the dimmmimg so they wanted to swap out the other figure I had so things matched.

Thanks for the weight info, it's good to know that I am not risking having the light fall into the tank. :)

I'm trying to hold off and see if they will go on sale anytime soon just like they did for the Black Friday sales.

I'm planning on going this with bulb combo:
2x KZ SP or ATI BP (Any difference between these two?)
1x KZ New Generation
1x KZ Fiji Purple

Any thoughts on this bulb selection?

Sahin, I'm looking forward to seeing your video!

Well, not enough pics. Since my right side of the tank is acropora only, and all acropora is on a frag rack for AEFW treatment i will show my non Acropora, left side, only :)

T5 100% 2xCoral+, 2xBlue+, LED 20% Coral+ preset i believe when the picture was taken. RAW photo white balance adjusted.

Very nice!

Looking nice Ormet! Another barebottom (tank ) reefkeeper. Those acans look good placed where they are around the rocks. Helps blend in the rocks and the flat surface of the barebottom. Clever work. :)

Thanks! Can't beat the ease of maintenance with BB. But when the kids gets less demanding i might try sand again. Many of my favourite fish need a bit of sand.

Cant wait to fast forward 3 months to see what the light has done for my acros.

can some one help me make a program for my lights ?
leds starting at 10 30 and rampping up slowly and off at 10 30 with moon lights until 12 pm

I'll send you a PM with my email address. Email me your current light profile (so that the number of LED clusters etc are correct).

Also let me know what your T5 combo is, so I can balance the LED's to that combo.

I will also incorporate cloud sweep if you like. Finally let me know how you like your "moonlight", ie PURE Royal Blue or a tiny amount of other colours mixed in as well.

Hi Sahin,
How do you program cloud sweep? I posted my light schedule past week, is that what you mean? I have a 8x54+3led

Cant tell for sure from your image posted, but its basically, the LED clusters turning on (or off) in sequence from say left to right. Specifically, with cloud sweeps, at some point in the day, you can program each cluster to really dim down in say 15 minute interval starting on one end and working its way to the other end. Kind of gives the corals a break from the high intensity light.

Hope that makes sense. In the same fashion, you program the LED clusters to start off with the light cycle, 10 minutes before the next one and so on, so the light works its way from one end to another. You can even use the RED LED's for this purpose and simulate sunrise/sunset (add a bit of white into the mix to create a more realistic effect).
