Nominations and elections for the September 2010-August 2011 club Board of Directors. Nominations September 1-8 --- voting September 9-17 --- new BOD starting the September meeting on the 18th.

Hey Everyone!

I'm hosting a meeting!! Yay!

I was thinking of the meeting being around 5 or 6 in the evening. I'll cook a main dish, I was thinking of an apple butter pork loin roast. However, if we end up having a ton of people coming I may have to do 2 roasts and in that case I would happily accept small donations towards that dish. We could do that in lieu of a couple of people bringing side dishes since we always seem to have a plethora of sides.

Or, if we have a lot of people who don't eat pork please let me know and I can change the dish!

I live in West Knoxville, near the swap location (for new people the best landmark is the Sam's Club on Gallaher View Road).

What time is the meeting? I work on Saturdays in the morning till afternoonish so I may miss the grub but would still like to attend the meet to meet everyone and officially join the club!

Meeting is at 6:00pm. If you want to come a little earlier that is fine.

Also, please do remember that I have dogs... 4 of them... :spin2: 2 of them will go to a friend's house but my 2 older ones will be here. They are extremely friendly, competition obedience, search and rescue, as well as therapy dogs. If you have dog allergies please remember to take your allergy meds! :spin3:

As far a drinking goes I have no problem with adult beverages but I don't keep a well stocked liquor cabinet like some people we know who shall remain nameless cough... cough... Dana!... cough. So if you would like alcohol please bring it along. :beer:
