Hey guys,
I don't have the room to build an Elliot style Automatic Frozen Fish Food Feeder. So wanted to know what kind you guys use and if you like it.

I currently use the Eheim 3581 when i'm on vacation, but was wondering if there is a better one out there?

I believe what you have is the best battery operated one on the market.

Thanks Hunter, that's good to know.
I was looking to buy another feeder for my biocube and wanted to know what others are using.

I have to say, the ehiem came with my first tank and has worked fine.
I've used it up to 2 weeks with no issues.

I have same one, but my reef controller activates it for me. Don't have to worry about batteries. Simple mod, turns into awesomeness. All I have to do is add food to it.

Wow, now that's crazy. I didn't even know they made controller feeders.
I googled and see Neptune has one, but at $99 OUCH :hmm4:

I think i will look at the mod though.

ademster, so is your feeder triggered by the controller switching the feed button on the eheim?

I wouldn't spend the money to buy one already made when it is super simple to make with the Eheim 3581

As usual, i also find more work to do.
I just need to find the time!
