B&W with Trure Perc

Hi,

My tank is almost done cycling, a few weeks from now I wanted to pick up a couple clowns. My lfs just got in a new batch of baby b&w clowns from a local breeder. I was wondering if I got one of those with a slightly larger True Perc would there be any problems mixing the two? Both will be tank-raised.

Specs- 20G nano reef, 20 lbs LR, 30 lbs LS, AcuaC remora 1200, (1) 300gph powerhead.

P.S. I will not rush my cycle. If they sell out of the b&w before my cycle is complete, so be it.

I've heard from some that different species will be aggressive towards each other, yet I've seen countless mixed-species pairs. Go for it and if it doesn't work out then you can swap out your least favorite. HTH.

Mixing occs and percs is perfectly fine, many do this.
