OK,

My Single controler should be in tomorrow!!

As you might or might not remember, my tank has a lot of flow. I have 2 returns giving me around 800 gph each + the tunze stream 6000.

I have mostly LPS corals, polyps and mushrooms.

What would be the best configuration for my single controler for this setup?

I forgot what size tank you have.

Regardless the single controller is very simple. You will set two flow speeds and the time between switching to those speeds in 1.5-7sec intervals. I find 3sec works best in most situations. Night mode will go to setting 2 so I usually put that at about 50% and make the 1st setting my high flow setting.

What do I put Power 1 and power 2 on?

This is mostly trial an error. Start with Pulse in the middle of it's range. Setting 1 at 100% and setting 2 at 50%.

I want to think that power 1 = 0ne velocity and power 2 = another velocity...

Yup, you set two speeds and the pulse interval is the time between the two speeds. By pulsing you create waves which further increase turbulence and broaden flow.
