Bad Test Kits, Store Credit??

hi guys, i got my shipment in about a week ago and everything was fine. i ordered a few test kits though and they are not working right. i ordered 3 salifert test kits (calcium, alk, and nitrates) and all are way way off. i was wondering is there anyway i can give them back to you guys for store credit? they have only been used once. then with that store credit i can buy AquariumPharmuecutical test kits cus they are way better and more dependable.

Thank you for your post, we normally do not take back test kits unless the item was sent out to you expired by accident, have you tried to trouble shoot the situation with one of our technicians or have tried to contact Salifert? Salifert has a forum on RC available for these types of questions, since they are located internationally.
We haven't had any discrepancies with any of the salifert test kits that we sell, we find that most incorrect readings happen due to a step not being preformed correctly. I would recommend that you contact us via telephone or email regarding further trouble shooting your test Kits
