Whoa...I didn't attack you. Just figured that being involved with such a tank, you would have access to one of the best resources locally to educate you on setting up and establishing a shark/ray tank. Seems to me, I have bought quite a bit of stuff from Iowa Seascapes over the last 4 months but I can assure you that with this type of attitude, I am done shopping there.
Frankly, keeping a shark in anything short of a pond of any type is plain stupid. Can it be done? Of course it can be. Can it be done successfully? Depends on what your definition of succesful is. To me, a successful shark tank isn't going to 1. shorten the life span of the shark significantly. 2. Is going to provide an enviroment in which the shark can express it's naturally occuring predatory instincts.
And I think you will fine that not a whole lot of people who are successful at keeping sharks have them in that small of a tank.
But hey, it's your money. Spend it like you want to.
My money...well, let's just say that you have made me regret supporting your job with the ~$600 I have sent that way in the last 4 months.
