Probably so. Not sure why he is being this way, you ask for advice and get it you should be thankful not a jerk.

As for your employers thoughts and opinions, I am sure that he would really appreciate you not linking your own lack of business acumen to him or his store.

I do have a big part in taking care of the shark tank at Iowa Pet Foods but the tank is so established and such a large system that it doesnt take a whole lot of time and work, where as a new tank and only being 150 gal. total is going to be a little more precise and time consuming and probably has some tricks to it. Carter, I'm not trying to pick on you, but your comments have been very uncourtious. That only makes this board want to shop at your store that much less.

This site/forum is for giving opinions and sharing experiences. That is exactly what you have received. Take them for what they're worth, but don't call out and snap on someone if you don't agree.

I think maybe someone should contact them...Probably remove their info from our LFS database too...pending the outcome.
 
Alright guys,

I just talked with his manager (Tim). He was very appologetic and regrets that this thread was ever opened. He promissed me that the statements in this thread are not endorsed by their store and are the sole possession of one misguided employee. (Who will be dealt with accordingly) He asked that we do not hold a grudge against their store due to the improper conduct of Carter and wished that this subject be closed.

I am impressed with their quick response to this problem and harbor no hard feeling against this retailer. I am in complete agreement with Tim's request and will ask too that this to thread be closed. Please follow me in forgiving and moving on.
