i see my bandit breathing rapidly... he is active and eating garlic pellets... [emoji16][emoji16][emoji16] is this normal??

well he eats well.. but he is breathing real fast! no flashing, no scraping...

my tank does have ich... but he is not covered in the paracite. only a few dots

If the DT has ich then that's why the fish is breathing heavily. Has it been 3-7 days since putting the bandit in?

Here is the problem you have... The DT has ich,you have corals and good amount of fish. The DT needs to be fallow (fish less) for 72 days to kill off the ich within the DT. The fish all need to be put into QT for treatment. Not ideal

well.... i did a good 2 month quarenten before I started the tank and 2 weeks after baaam!! ( I know i did something wrong!!) but i try to keep stess to a minimum, good foo, good water and non of my other fish show signs of ich.

The fish will develop a temporary immunity to the ich and everytime you add a new fish the outbreak will occur again.
