Like Ted said angels are sensitive to copper, I personally won't use copper on angels ever again. I prefer CP. If it were me I would do TTM and skip the copper. Most all fish stop eating in copper IME, they do better in cupramine (still copper obviously) and aren't impacted with CP or TTM.
Cupramine and I combine with prazipro too
at the same time?
prazi often affects appetites of many fish...
Sorry to hear Lawrence.
Bandits are finicky to say the least over 4". Of the ~10 that I have owned and sold over the past 6 years ALL under 2.5" have done extremely well and had a 100% survival rate and eating within days of arrival (everything from fresh clam to pellets). My 3"-4" eat mainly shredded fresh clam and then move onto pellets. My current bandit is a hog and has been with me 6 years and is around 6".
I received a 6" specimen that was fat and healthy but would not eat a single thing and just withered away.
All fish come in and get therapeutic amount of copper and prazi after day 5. They all dip in their eating habits. They are also very sensitive to environment change. Once they get comfortable, they will become very strong fish.
