I feed my fish mysis shrimp. Might as well get in the good habit now.
davyjone - I had misread your last post I read raising. I see now you meant rinsing...LOL.
I thought I remember reading something written by Randy Holmes Farley that not rinsing frozen foods had that much of an overall impact on the overall po4 levels in our tank? I will look around for the article. Also, do you think that was too drastic of a drop for the corals in your tank?
Steve - Thanks for the the link. I read through it an it has some pretty good information. I am surprised Randy does not think rinsing food buys us much. Oh well I am going to keep rinsing...LOL. I also did not know how much my nori was adding to the tank.

General Updates - Tank Looking Better
Between changing the lights, regular water changes, changing the flow in the tank, and increasing my supplements (Alk, Mag, Cal) things are starting to look a bit better. I have noticed in my frag tank the and the main display some of the cyno is slowly disappearing. I have increased the flow in the tank and I am waiting on a new power source for my Tunze 6055. I have moved the WP-40 to the frag tank and I have it on one of the various flows. The flow is keeping the detritus from accumulating in one place and I am happy that the nasty sludge algae that was on the back of the tank is gone. The T5 lights have been off for several days now and I think they were part of the issue as well. They were giving off a weird yellowish light due to a bad bulb.
I still have a ways to go

General Updates - Build Recap
I tried a few different things but I could not get the shared slideshow to work from Flickr. Each time it would just display a black box on the screen when I selected preview so I gave up. It also wants the photo from a shared slideshow to be public so I had them public but it cluttered my Photostream. I have moved them back to private but the link should allow anyone that wants to see them to see them. I am attaching the link to the photos. Each photo has a date and is in order from when I initially started the build up until I had replaced the carpet with hardwood flooring.

Build Recap
Putting dates on the all the pictures was time consuming so I did not add a good description for each picture. I may go back and do that later or link them back the page on the build thread somehow.
