BB Tank - Clam standing...

hello

just removed all sand from my 90G tank. Before then, my 4" clam was sitting on sand; now that there isn't any sand, it's on its side (trying to get up).

should i give it time to adjust, or should i put something next to it so it can stand still?

also, how long will it take for my clam to attach its foot to the bottom of the tank? hours? days?

I'd put it on a flat or concave piece of rock . The mantle should always face up to the lights, so if you are set on the BB then prop it up with rubble or whatever is around. most start to attach after a week after a month it should be fully attached
