Melev had said over time they were causing probs.Why didnt you use the reverse check valve? My excuse is that I didnt know about it before and now im just to lazy.

I guess I'll leave my 3/16" siphon break in place. Just remember to keep it cleaned out. And yes, your sump is so very sexy.
AA did a nice job on the sump. Id change a thing or two but it was things I thought of after. Im going to have to cut a slot into the return section lid as the spa flex only bends so far. I shoud have made that sections lid smaller and the rim on the backside larger so I could have done a straight shot to the pump and it would have been completely covered.![]()

Hey Crystal! Thanks. Great ideaWhy not cut a hole in the lid where the line enters and then cut the whole lid in half along the diameter of the hole? Does that make sense? So two lids in a sense but most likely the back one will never be removed and it can still be completely covered.
