I'd be all about that (minus the kagogi)! I know ReefBoarder makes some pretty good sushi too.

Just thought I would post a link for you homebrewers that are on rc. I have been getting into grain group buys. The guy who organizes them is located in syracuse. I finally bottled my cider a couple weeks ago. It was in the carboy for like 3 months. It turned out pretty well. My next brew is going to be Succulent Strawberry Blonde.

I havent had good luck with strawberry in any of my brews. I'm not much of a fruity beer drinker but I keep something like that on tap pretty consistently. The strawberry flavor just doesnt really come through. I have a really nice blackberry wheat recipe I can dig up if your interested in trying it sometime?
I'm not a huge fan of dark beers. How dark/strong is it? I'm willing to give it a shot though.

its a wheat beer so its def not strong or dark. I do a couple batches every summer for my lawnmower beer! do you brew all grain or extract?

Yeah I need to bottle my cider, been sitting for a few months in the carboy but I haven't had time to bottle. I will have to add that to the to do list.

Just short of a ton over here for the UNYHA grain store.
I bought some last year on one of the Syracuse buys too, so if you're that way it's a good deal for sure.

I have a wheat sitting in the carboy right now , bottled my amber brown 2 mos. ago. now that it is getting cooler brewing should commence fairly regularly.

Debating doing another round of cider this year. Still have plenty bottled from last year but figure I can make some apple jack to use some up and age the rest along with a new batch.
