Anyone else have an opinion on the size and weight question I posted above?

Also, how many people would I need to pick it up? I only have me today

Super NooB, the weight thing depends on the walls closest to where your going to set the tank.

As far as moving the tank, 4 people minimum. I moved my 225 out with 4 people, and in with 6.

Hope that helps, I would almost buy this tank to use as a sump at the price it's offered at.
