That picture is such a joke, that coral doesnt even come close to looking like that.

For the record it isn't mine! . Just got the picture off of WT I think because it looks sweet! If it doesn't look like that well for 230 some bucks that's a real bummer!

Haha go to the wet thumb site and you'll see hundreds of wild acros that they claim are "rare" and "nothing like it before"

Yep, it's happening everywhere & not just acros. I've seen "rare" orange aussie hammer corals selling for $250. I have the same exact coral & same size I bought locally for $75.

I won't even bother getting into chalices & zoas, that craziness is even worse.

If you want to find some gems, go back to threads like this from 4-5 years ago & you'll see acros you haven't seen in while. You can get them cheap & they're hot because the crowds left for the latest hyped coral.

last month I tried to hunt down the extreme coral as on the picture. It is a european company not affiliated with extremecoral.com in us. Would like to have those maricultures.
