best pizza in Rochester is where?

*PANDORA'S BOX ALERT*
this is a subjective topic... similar to "what's the best type of lighting for a reef aquarium", so let's not get into a fistfight here :lolspin:

I've established a sort of tradition with my daughter called "pizza night".
We like Boboli but we need new pizza to sample. Realistically, I'm not gonna drive to Syracuse or Buffalo for pizza... but I'll entertain your suggestions in case I'm in one of those cities.
It's time to go where no pepperoni has gone before... we need suggestions.
Where can you find the best pizza in upstate NY?

It's all subjective to your personal taste... thin crust vs. deep dish, plain vs. toppings, sweet sauce or not, so on and so fourth. Blue cheese is another major factor! ;)

There's a ton of awesome places to get a pie in Buffalo, but Johnny's has the best (no pun intended)!

Franco's is good in Buffalo. But my two favorites are Bob and John's on Hertel or Leonardi's at Millersport and Eggert. Both are heavy Basil sauce, none of this sugar nonsense

Digirono pizza @ your local grocery store FTW. Haha
ewww! I won't touch frozen pizza even on a bachelor night!
I like Chester Cab.
Tony D's is more for a "date night" than my daughter... but I might take her there some day.
We like Spencerport and Batavia Pontillos. I think the Batavia one is the original?

Mark's is good pizza.

Bay and Goodman was written up as one of the "best" years (decades?) ago in the D & C but I haven't had it since I was 16 years old.

Gary not sure if you make it to perinton at all but perinton pizza has a garbage plate pizza but out this way I think kroys is my favorite or carbones. I hate the cams near you though sometimes its just terrible

I know it is not standard Pizza but Great Northern pizza in Brighton has some good Pizza. Lots to choose from and by the slice.
