Best pump for sump deep clean?

What do you guys use to deep clean the sump and tank?

I took apart all the equipment and want to drain the sump for total cleaning. I'm debating to buy a Jebao pump or something to drain out the sump floor completely.

anyone have recommendation on a good equipment that won't be clogged easily??

maybe a wet dry vac? anyone tried those?

I use the bucket head from home depot. Although your tank if pretty big so might be better off just pumping directly outside the house with a long hose.

Just stick a boba straw into your sump and suck it lol

OMG LOL

I was just looking in my sump today at all the wonderful marine life in there. Obviously it’s not as stunning as my designer SPS but it’s absolutely fascinating how it grows in there.

I normally just stick a rio 2100 and blast around, let the displays get all silty like an ocean storm and just replace the floss a few hrs later.

~EDIT~

Actually, I think I will do that tonight. We turned on the Christmas tree last night after tank lights out and I was amazed at just how much PE I am getting... all that sump poop will become coral food

Wet vac. Super easy vs any other methods. This is also the best way to go from sandbed to barebottom in less than 10 mins.
