Best sand for lots of current

Which sand should I use in my 120 I am setting up? I don't want bb don't like the look of it but want something that won't get blown around. I was thinking Carib sea special grade reef. Anyone have any recommendations or what they use and how they like it. Thanks in advance

Terrible picture.. But I can't remember what sand this is called.. It's definitely Carib Sea, but due to me being an SPS freak, I've always stuck with this sand due to high flow. It never stirs up or anything like that, although by leaving your powerheads in a spot for a long time, the sand will eventually develop the current's shape, if that makes sense?

Special grade reef sand by carribsea, reef flakes from premium aquatics, or mix one of the 2 with a calcium reactor media like reborn.

Ya I know it will develop its "ruts" thanks in case I didn't :) never know right. Thanks that's what I'll go with thanks.

Another vote for special grade. Large and heavy enough to resist all but the strongest of currents, but small and uniform enough to look like sand still. very easy to work with

I'm using the special grade sand in my 80g with two MP40wQD's, and due to the shallow dimensions this sand is not large enough to be used singularly in my tank as I have bare spots. I will be supplementing with a larger granule, perhaps CaribSea Coralite Bermuda Pink Sand.

I used the special grade in my 300dd however have one spot near the front opposite the back mp40 that won't stay in place. Any recommendations for something to stay in place there but looks similar since its in front.

i just purchased tropic edens reefflakes (3.0 mm) for a 112 that ill be starting soon. Seems like a big enough grain not to get blown around easily.
