Wow! How long have you had the lights and have you seen any change in your corals?

I've had the lights for seven months now. I started slow with lower intensities and slowly increased until I now have 100% intensity for 6 hours a day. All the corals have done well and the new frags are growing fast.

No they grow onto the glass and don't press against it.
